Ben & Billie would like to welcome you to Chateau La Grande Maison We are situated a few miles south of Saumur & Chinon in the Loire Valley between the market towns of Thouars and Loudun. The Chateau rests in three acres of wooded grounds leading down the river Dive in the famous wine regions and Chateaux of the Loire Valley. We are a Wedding & Event Venue, Boutique B&B and Gites and can also offer exclusive hire for groups, courses, retreats or friends and family. Our Orangerie makes a perfect location for a perfect evening of exclusive dining for your special event and the Ballroom, balcony, coach house and Library is a lovely romantic venue for your wedding or event.
